This recipe is easy to throw together, nutritious and oh so delicious.
Makes 4 servings
1/2 pound Seatech cooked mussel meat
16 oz. seaweed salad such as Azuma Gourmet Seaweed Salad.
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
red pepper flakes to taste (optional)
Place mussel meat in a mixing bowl and add olive oil, sesame oil and red pepper flakes to taste. Gently stir the mussel meat to coat evenly. Add the seaweed salad and gently incorporate the mussel meat to the seaweed salad.
Serve with lemon wedges.
