Chilean Shrimp Ceviche

This Chilean shrimp ceviche recipe makes for a delicious, as well as healthy, starter or meal. It features Chilean shrimp meat that has a natural sweet briny flavor of the ocean and a firm yet tender texture.




1 Lb. Seatech Chilean shrimp meat

2 avocados, pitted, peeled and diced

1/2 red onion, sliced thin

1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped

1/2 bunch cilantro

1  jalapeño pepper, seeded, membrane removed, diced

1/2 cup lime juice




Place all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl and gently blend together. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.


Serving Suggestions:


Serve with tortilla chips

Serve with endive leaves

Server with toast squares


Serves 8-10 as an appetizer 4-5 as a main course
