Chilean King Crab Tower Recipe

King Crab At Its Finest


This delicious crab tower is made with Seatech Chilean King Crab Meat. It is an amazing mix of flavors that is easy to create. It is an outstanding starter to any meal.




1 pound Seatech Chilean King Crab Meat

2 large avocados diced

2 large mangos peeled and diced

1 red bell pepper seeded and diced

juice of two limes

12 basil leaves

2 Tbsp basil oil




Mix 2 tablespoons of basil oil with 1 teaspoon of lime juice and set aside. Mix remaining lime juice in with avocados to taste. Place a 3 inch ring mold on a place. Place one sixth of the diced avocado in the mold and gently press down. Mix diced red peppers with mango and place one sixth of the mango red pepper mixture into the mold and gently press down. Place two ounces of Chilean King Crab Meat into the mold placing two pieces of leg meat on top and gently press down. Slowly remove the mold while gently pressing down on the tower. Place two basil leaves on top of crab tower. Repeat to assemble the rest of the king crab towers. Thoroughly mix the basil oil and lime juice together and drizzle around each king crab tower. Serve immediately.


Serving Suggestions:


Use vanilla bean oil instead of basil oil

Use lemon juice instead of lime juice
