Crab & Linguine Is A Perfect Match


Seatech's Chilean crab meat goes perfectly with linguine. Our Chilean Crab Meat has a look very similar to Dungeness crab meat with a great texture and natural sweet briny flavor of the sea. Serve this pasta dish with a nice crusty bread to create a memorable meal.




8 oz Seatech Chilean Crab Meat

8 oz linguine

4 tsp unsalted butter

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup sliced scallions (green onions)

1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tsp minced garlic


Fresh ground black pepper




Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve cooking water.


In a skillet melt 1 tablespoon of butter with 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet on medium. Add garlic stirring often until fragrant, about 1 minute.


Add 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice and 3 tablespoons of cooking water, add a little pepper and stir until liquid is almost evaporated.


Transfer pasta to skillet and add 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Cook stirring the pasta frequently until most of the water has evaporated. Add remaining butter, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, scallions and crab meat stirring gently until butter is melted. Serve immediately.


Serving suggestions:


Serve with really nice artisanal crusty bread

Add shrimp for a crab and shrimp linguine

Add grated Parmesan cheese on top
