Bacon Wrapped Crab Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers

The Ultimate Crab Appetizer


Have you ever asked yourself what could make jalapeno poppers recipe better? Stuffing them with crab and wrapping them with bacon is the answer. The deliciousness of this appetizer is mind blowing. Did I mention how good these are? Seriously they are really good.




1/2 pound Seatech Chilean Crab Meat

1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

8 large jalapeno peppers

16 slices thin sliced bacon

seasoning salt to taste




In a large bowl mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crab meat and seasoning salt to taste. Slice jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Fill all the jalapeno halves with the crab mixture. Completely wrap each pepper with a slice of bacon. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a cooling rack on the tray. Place the bacon wrapped poppers on the rack with the tray under it into a 300° F oven and cook for one hour or until bacon is fully cooked and crispy.
